The completed SOA and DPR documents must be presented at a board of education meeting; the board must adopt a resolution affirming the information in both documents, pursuant to N.J.A.C. 6A:30-3.1(e). The results of the DPR must be posted on the district’s website at least five working days prior to the meeting date at which the DPR will be presented. Although there is no similar requirement to post the SOA, it is recommended that the district post it, along with the DPR, for the year in which the district will undergo a full QSAC review.
The Cape May County Technical School district will undergo a full NJQSAC evaluation in school year 2013-2014. In accordance with the guidelines, this document is posted on our district website, at least five working days prior to our November Board of Education meeting at which the DPR will be presented.
