POSITION:
DIRECTOR OF FACILITIES
QUALIFICATIONS:
Associate Degree preferred
Certified Educational Facilities Manager Certificate Required
Boiler Operator / Black Seal License Required
Minimum 3-5 year’s experience in school facilities management, including maintenance and custodial operations, and the ability to effectively communicate
with building staff and administration
Must possess sufficient knowledge of school building construction, maintenance of
plant and grounds, building automation, building code and facilities equipment
JOB DESCRIPTION:
Directly supervise the facilities staff, daily operations, and maintenance requirements of the school district. Coordinates and oversees the responsibilities of the school facilities staff
