Osprey Nest Installation

Cape Tech Conserving Local Wildlife

Ms. Hanna Toft, Natural Science Technology teacher and FFA advisor, shared, “The perfect tide to complete our project is approaching.” On October 9, Toft gathered the students, equipment, materials and boat to go into the local saltmarsh and install a new osprey plaftform for the local wildlife.

Cape Tech Announces National Honor Society Inductees

Recenty twenty-eight pupils from Cape May County Technical High School were inducted into the school’s James S. Kilpatrick National Honor Society. Membership requirements include a grade point average of 3.6, demonstrated leadership, service, scholarship, and character qualities.

Annual Poinsettia Sale at Cape Tech’s Greenhouse

2021 Turtle Project

Tech Students Support Terrapin Conservation Project

Cape Tech’s Natural Science Technology students received 10 diamondback terrapin hatchlings from the Wetlands Institute as part of the partnership with their "Terrapin Conservation Project: Head start program." Ms. Hanna Toft, Natural Science Technology teacher and FFA advisor, shared, “This partnership gives hatchlings an even better chance at survival as well as educating students with an unforgettable “hands on” experience.”
