Athletic Handbook and Physical Forms

All appropriate paperwork must be completed before a student athlete is permitted to participate in interscholastic athletics at Cape May County Technical High School. 

Please note that completed paperwork must be reviewed by our nurse and district physician once received before a student athlete is considered as cleared for participation. 

If you are unable to arrange for a physical exam, please contact the school nurse for resources and in-district offerings.
