Fourteen students from the Cape May County Technical High School graduated as certified Class One Special Law Enforcement Officers (SLEO) from the Cape May County Police Academy on May 10, 2017.
Jacob T. Mitchell, a senior, won gold in the Skills USA NJ HVACR competition at the Garden State Exhibit Center in Somerset County April 8. The competition included the top students from all participating HVACR Technical High Schools in the state and was an all-day competition.
Coast Guard Auxiliary Flotilla 83, representing the Wildwoods, partnered with Cape Tech’s Maritime History & Leadership students to help them earn their New Jersey Boating Safety Certificate.
Atlantic City Electric, a subsidiary of Exelon, was honored as the New Jersey Council of County Vocational-Technical Schools 2018 Business Partner for the Cape May County Technical School District. Ms. Ronnie Town, External Affairs Manager at Atlantic City Electric, received the award.
